Communication with the staff at B&B Cristina E Elena was excellent, making holiday planning a breeze. the apartment's great location and value for money were definite highlights. the air conditioning provided a much-needed respite during the heatwave, and it wasn't too noisy. the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished with all the necessary amenities, including a coffee machine, kitchen utensils, toiletries. We had a fabulous stay at a cozy B&B in Pisa. The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the main sights. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The friendly host, Cristina, were really nice too accommodate my partner's dietary needs, providing gluten-free breakfast options. The fast WiFi and available utensils for cooking were also a plus. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like a small bathroom and no washing machine, there was a laundry shop nearby to make up for it. I highly recommend this B&B for a comfortable and convenient stay in Pisa.

Close to everything - the hotel is perfect location for exploring the city centre. We were able to walk to all the main attractions, including the train station and the leaning tower. Cleanliness was great, with a nice and tidy apartment that had everything we needed for our short stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals if we wanted to. The breakfast provided in the kitchen was a nice touch, with a variety of pastries and coffee available. The staff, Cristina and her husband, were helpful and cute, making us feel at home.
Can't think of anything.

The hotel's decoration had a charming and cozy feel, reminding me of my own grandmother's house. The general areas were well-maintained and had a nostalgic atmosphere that I particularly enjoyed. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent. The staff was always attentive and offered assistance whenever needed. It made me feel comfortable and taken care of during my stay.
I would have preferred if there were handrails or grab bars in the bathroom and shower area. This would have provided added safety and support for senior guests like myself.
